Last week London Stone attended The LANDSCAPE Show at the NEC, Birmingham. The event, which took place over 2 days, saw connections from all over the landscaping industry being made.
More about the event
This trade only exhibition celebrated its 10th annual event this year. Hosted at a new, and bigger, venue at the NEC in Birmingham, this change saw new opportunities for new audiences. Following the uncertainty of the past couple of years this was a great event to reconnect the industry.
With over 200 exhibitors showcasing industry-leading products and services, the two-day event attracts industry professionals of all kinds from across the UK and beyond. Garden designers, landscape architects, landscape contractors, local authority landscaping professionals, architects, architectural technologists, facilities managers, and interior designers all come to the event.
In addition to the numerous trade stands, there are 44 seminars with industry-leading speakers. The Landscape Show has something for everyone.
The London Stone Stand
Our team put together a stand that, not only showcased our new and trending products, but also gave customers the chance to get to know our core products - including our porcelain, natural stone and DesignBoard - a little better.
On display were full-sized samples of our stunning new range of 800x800 Italian porcelain. These extra-large sample sizes drew much attention and many people stopped to have a good look. Towards the front of our display was a table full of our most popular porcelain samples from our Luxury, Premium and Project ranges. We also brought along our natural stone samples in our convenient sample cases. These are very popular; stylish in themselves, they allow designers to demonstrate the beauty of our natural stone to clients. Placing our DesignBoard Classic range on the wall allowed visitors to get up close and personal with the product.
Other new products that we brought along were our Fibreglass planters. On display was our Fibreglass Tall Cube Planter in Slate Grey and our Fibreglass Cube Trough Planter in Light Grey. Both the planters were kindly planted by our friends over at Form Plants and provided the perfect finishing touch for the stand.
Not only was the show a great opportunity to showcase some of our new and most popular products, but it was also great to reconnect with our customers. Our team thoroughly enjoyed meeting new customers and catching up with existing customers, talking about the products and what we can do to make jobs easier. If you didn't make it to The Landscape Show, why not come along for a chat at FutureScape Expo? It takes place at the ExCel London on 16th-17th November, next week.
