Installation

London Stone recommend that all our materials are installed by experienced professionals. The following is a summary of installation.

Install Preparation	Due to DesignBoard being manufactured from 50% natural fibres there will be an element of colour variation. We advise mixing the boards prior to installation to spread any possible variation throughout the project and give a more natural appearance.
Installation Method	With dedicated hidden clip system onto composite or treated timber subframe. See install guide for detail.
Cutting	Bench mounted drop saw fitted with a carbon tipped timber/multi purpose blade
Joint Width	4mm between boards, 4mm between ends, 10mm around parameter

Installation

Cleaning & maintenance

Aftercare

Do not clean for 6-8 weeks after installation. London Stone recommends this product be swept regularly. Jet washing is possible, however joints will need to be resanded afterward. In shady gardens, it may also be necessary to treat with Lithofin Algex to control the appearance of algae. For detailed aftercare advice please refer to the product guide.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. We can make a collection but this will incur a collection cost.
