Installation

London Stone recommend that all our materials are installed by experienced professionals. The following is a summary of installation.

Install Preparation	You might encounter a white, dusty residue on the back of porcelain slabs. This is a byproduct of the manufacturing process and can erode the primer and weaken the bond between paving and bedding layer. Clean it with water and a brush before laying.
Installation Method	Flexible Tile adhesive with an SBR slurry to aid adhesion. See install guide for detail.
Cutting	Diamond blade for Porcelian stone on a grinder, petrol cutter or table saw

Aftercare

DesignClad has a non-porous surface which prevents dirt, oils, or liquids from penetrating. It is also resistant to stains and dirt in general. Soap and water are perfectly adequate for daily cleaning.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. We can make a collection but this will incur a collection cost.
