Can I Install Your Large Floor Tiles Outside?

Due to their 9mm thickness, we do not advise laying these tiles on the ground, outside. If you would prefer to install our porcelain tiles outdoors, we also have a range of premium porcelain paving products, suitable for any outdoor living space.

Porcelain's low maintenance attributes, non-porous materials and scratch-resistant capabilities mean it is suitable for use in high-traffic areas, providing long-lasting quality both inside and outside.

Our large format porcelain internal tiles can, however, be installed vertically in an external setting. Be inspired by our 1800x900mm tiles for exterior use, and our 1200x600mm tiles, by viewing them in stunning garden settings.

Whilst we would never discourage any keen DIYers from installing internal tiles, we advocate using reputable trade professionals for the best results.

Can I request samples?

What Is Your Returns Policy?

When you make a purchase from London Stone, you can cancel and return your orders within 14 days of delivery. All our products can be returned within this period, apart from bespoke items specifically created for you. However, all items must be returned in their original condition and packing.

If you have ordered a product and there is something wrong with it, please contact us to resolve the problem. Rectifying an issue can be difficult once your items have been installed, so we recommend that you contact us as quickly as possible.
