Dry Treat SMC Peroxide Cleaner is a pH-neutral, foaming cleaner. This patio cleaner penetrates deeply to lift dirt and stains away from surfaces, making them easier to wash off and, with its hydrogen peroxide base, has a brightening action that can restore natural stone, porcelain and grout to their original good looks. Storage & Shelf Life	Store in a dry place at temperatures between 4.5°C and 32°C. Store securely closed and upright in original container. Do not store in direct sunlight. Product most effective when used within three months of opening.
PPE Requirements	Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid inhaling vapours. Wear latex gloves, face mask, protective clothing and safety goggles during application.

Installation

London Stone recommend that all our materials are installed by experienced professionals. The following is a summary of installation.

Equipment Required

Water, low pressure sprayer, stiff brush, jet wash, emulsifying pad

Application Process

Test the product suitability first in an inconspicuous area. Apply with a pump sprayer or watering can. When applying, saturate the affected material, then agitate the substrate with a stiff white Nylon brush to generate a profuse foam. Reapply a light coat of S-Tech Stone & Masonry Cleaner and let stand for 5 to 10minutes. Agitate the substrate a final time and let stand for another 5 to 10 minutes. Use a clean water rinse to get the suspended dirt and debris away from the substrate. On deeplysoiled materials an additional one or two applications may benecessary to restore the substrate to its original look. The full brightening effects will be seen within 24 hours as the surface dries. Do not return unused product to original container. See product guide for detail.

Returns
