Install Preparation You might encounter a white, dusty residue on the back of porcelain slabs. This is a byproduct of the manufacturing process and can erode the primer and weaken the bond between paving and bedding layer. Clean it with water and a brush before laying.

Aftercare

DesignClad has a non-porous surface which prevents dirt, oils or liquids from penetrating. It is also resistant to stains and dirt in general. Soap and water is perfectly adequate for daily cleaning.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. Collection can be made by us but this will incur a collection cost.
