Dry Treat Premium Porcelain & Quartz Sealer penetrates deeper than other sealants, forming a permanent chemical bond with the particles of the stone. This patio sealer is ideal for helping to protect your paving against oil and water-based stains and making cleaning easier. Product Detail	Porcelain & Quartz Sealer is a premium, impregnating sealer specifically designed for porcelain and quartz surfaces. Porcelain & Quartz Sealer features nano size sealing molecules that will seal the micro pores in polished porcelains and quartz surfaces. This new technology has been developed specifically for surfaces with low absorption rates in an easy to use, non-film forming sealer.

Storage & Shelf Life	Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. IN CASE OF Fire: Use alcohol resistant foam or normal protein foam for extinction. Store in locked area inaccessible to children. Product most effective when used within three months of opening.
PPE Requirements	Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid inhaling vapours. No smoking, keep away from sources of ignition. Wear latex gloves, face mask, protective clothing and safety goggles during application.

Installation

London Stone recommend that all our materials are installed by experienced professionals. The following is a summary of installation.

Install Preparation	Ensure the porcelain is completely clean and bone dry. Protect surrounding areas.
Equipment Required	Low Pressure Sprayer
Application Process	Test the product suitability first in an inconspicuous area and allow a 24-hour cure time to determine the ease of application and desired results.Surface must be dry, clean and free of residues.DO NOT thin product.Generously apply Porcelain & Quartz Sealer using low pressure hand sprayer, lambswool or microfiber applicator pad. Surfaces should have a mirror like 'wet' look for 30 seconds. Avoid contact with surrounding areas. Wait for approximately 15 minutes, but before the surface dries, then polish the surface thoroughly with clean, dry, microfiber towels or similar, to remove any excess sealer. Moistening cloth with Porcelain & Quartz Sealer will ease polishing. Wait 12 hours to grout this allows for the proper chemical bonding of Porcelain & Quartz Sealer to the porcelain's surface. Once grout has cured, the second coat may be applied following the same techniques used for the first coat.If sealing a finished and grouted installation or Quartz countertop, follow the application techniques listed in step above, only applying one liberal coat of Porcelain & Quartz Sealer.Use an organic solvent e.g. denatured alcohol to clean equipment.NOTE: Sealer will NOT prevent surface etching, scuff marks or wear and may lighten or darken some surfaces. Spills should be cleaned up immediately to minimize absorption.See install guide for detail.

Do not jet wash for 4 weeks after application as this could damage the sealant.

Once the stone is sealed the sealer cannot be removed and is not affected by cleaning

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products are to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. We can make a collection but this will incur a collection cost.
