Emulating fine-grained sandstone, our Mint Porcelain combines the refined look of light-coloured sawn natural stone with all the low-maintenance benefits of porcelain. This lets you enjoy an elegant finish and even colouring without the need to seal (which is necessary for sawn paving). A simple jet wash is usually all that’s needed to bring your patio back to its just-laid pristine look, without the need for cleaning solutions. We recommend that all customers read our product and installation guides before buying.

Porcelain is manufactured in batches and therefore the colour and texture may vary from batch to batch.

This may mean that the porcelain you receive when ordered may differ from the samples or showroom displays viewed before purchasing.

Different sizes are manufactured in different batches. It is therefore not recommended to mix sizes.

If you feel this may be a concern for you, please contact our sales team who will be happy to advise you accordingly.

We recommend keeping a record of the 'batch colour code' of the delivered porcelain in case further stock is required. This can be found on the box that the porcelain is packaged in, and it is usually a number followed by a letter, or a six digit number.

How is our Carbon Footprint Data calculated?

We have carried out a lifecycle assessment of our products. The lifecycle assessment calculates the total carbon emissions generated throughout the entire life of the product and includes extracting or producing raw materials, transport to the factory, manufacture, shipping and haulage, installation, maintenance and recycling or disposal.

Aftercare

London Stone recommend this product is swept regularly and cleaned periodically using a solution of Lithofin Outdoor cleaner and a pressure washer with a wide spray. In shady gardens it may also be necessary to treat with Lithofin Algex to control the appearance of algae. For detailed aftercare advice please refer to the product guide.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. Collection can be made by us but this will incur a collection cost.
